Inner Processing

60 minutes

£85 per session

Exploring inner experience through mind, body and energy.

Inner Processing offers a calm, guided way of working with sensations, emotions, images and patterns held internally. Sometimes we can understand why something is happening and still find that the feelings, sensations or patterns remain.

This approach creates space to notice what is happening beneath the surface, not only through thought, but through the body, imagery, emotion and the felt experience of energy. Rather than analysing everything from the outside, we gently turn attention inward and work with what is present in the moment.

This work also brings awareness to how energy is experienced within the body, including areas where tension, anxiety or other sensations may feel held or stuck. Rather than simply noticing what is there, we can work with these experiences in ways that encourage release, movement and a greater sense of balance and grounding.

Inner Processing may suit those who feel drawn to mind body work, intuitive exploration, or who would like to develop a greater awareness of energy within the body and ways of working with it. It can also be helpful when something feels difficult to explain in words, when a reaction seems stronger than expected, or when insight alone has not brought the change you were hoping for.

Sessions May Include

  • guided attention to physical sensations and changes within the body

  • body scanning and somatic awareness

  • breathwork, mindfulness and grounding practices

  • hypnotherapy where appropriate

  • working with imagery, colour, symbols or memories that arise naturally

  • noticing shifts in tension, emotion or felt energy

  • exploring the connection between physical sensations, emotions and internal imagery

  • allowing space for reflection and integration as the session unfolds

The focus is on allowing your experience to unfold in a way that feels safe and supported. We work with whatever arises with curiosity and openness, whether that involves emotions, physical sensations, imagery or the experience of energy moving or changing within the body.

There is no need to force an experience or produce a particular response. We follow what is present, at a pace that feels manageable for you. If hypnosis is used, it is introduced as one possible way of helping you focus inward more deeply and is always discussed with you first.

This is not something being done to you. You remain an active participant throughout the process and can pause, change direction or stop at any time.

How We Work

What This Work Is About

Inner Processing is less about trying to analyse or “fix” an experience and more about developing a deeper awareness of how it is being held and experienced internally. Sometimes the process may bring greater clarity or understanding. At other times, the most meaningful change may be a shift in how something feels within the body or in your relationship to it.

The aim is not to impose an interpretation on what arises, but to help you engage with your own experience in a way that feels grounded, supported and meaningful to you.
