Past Life Regression

Exploring experiences beyond our usual sense of self and personal history.

Past Life Regression is a form of hypnosis that offers an opportunity to explore experiences, imagery, emotions and narratives that may arise beyond your current life experience.

People are drawn to Past Life Regression for different reasons. You may simply be curious and feel a pull to know more, or you may be interested in exploring recurring dreams, imagery, déjà vu, unexplained connections or themes within your life. You do not need to believe in past lives or reincarnation, but an openness to explore is essential.

During regression, experiences may arise as images, sensations, emotions, impressions, words, scenes or simply a sense of knowing. Some experiences may feel vivid and detailed, while others may be subtle or symbolic. There is no particular way that a Past Life Regression session should unfold, and there is no expectation that you will see or experience anything in a specific way.

How I Approach Past Life Regression

My approach is open, respectful and non prescriptive.

I do not tell you what an experience means or ask you to adopt a particular spiritual belief. What arises during hypnosis may be understood in many different ways. Some people experience it as connection with a past life, while others understand what emerges as symbolic, imaginative, archetypal or psychologically meaningful.

There is no need to decide beforehand which interpretation is correct.

The value of the experience may lie in what it brings to your awareness, the emotions or themes that emerge, or the perspective it offers you in relation to your life today.

What You May Wish to Explore

You may come to a Past Life Regression session with a particular question or simply with curiosity.

People may wish to explore:

  • recurring dreams or imagery

  • strong or unexplained emotional responses

  • a sense of familiarity with particular people, places or periods of history

  • recurring themes or patterns within relationships

  • feelings or experiences that seem difficult to place

  • spiritual questions or a sense of connection with something beyond everyday experience

  • questions around identity, meaning or purpose

  • curiosity about the possibility of previous lives

  • an experience that feels personally significant but difficult to understand

You do not need to arrive with a specific question. Sometimes the intention is simply to explore and see what arises.

What Happens During a Session

We begin by talking about what has brought you to Past Life Regression and anything you would particularly like to explore.

I then guide you gradually into a focused and relaxed state of hypnosis. You remain aware and able to communicate with me throughout the session.

From there, we allow the experience to unfold without trying to force a particular destination. I may ask gentle, open questions to help you notice more detail or explore what is emerging, but the content of the experience comes from you.

This may involve imagery, emotions, physical sensations, impressions, symbolic experiences or a developing narrative. Some people experience scenes clearly, while others receive information in a quieter or less visual way.

There is no pressure to produce an experience. We work with whatever arises naturally.

You Remain in Control

Past Life Regression is not something that is done to you.

You remain an active participant throughout the session and can speak, pause, change direction or stop at any time. You do not lose control or become unable to make decisions simply because you are in hypnosis.

My role is to guide and support the process while allowing your own experience to remain central.

Reflection and Integration

Time is allowed at the end of the session to come fully out of hypnosis and reflect on what has arisen.

Rather than immediately trying to decide exactly what an experience means, we can consider the themes, emotions, impressions or insights that feel significant to you.

You may leave with a clearer understanding of something you have been questioning, a new perspective on a recurring theme, or simply a meaningful experience to reflect upon afterwards.

The aim is not to prove or disprove the existence of past lives. It is to create a safe and respectful space in which you can explore whatever emerges and consider what, if anything, feels relevant or meaningful to your life now.
